British supernatural horror directed by Neil Marshall. Haunted by the death of her husband during the Great Plague of London in 1665, widow Grace Haverstock (Charlotte Kirk) is accused of being a witch after rejecting the unwanted advances of her lecherous landlord. Arrested and placed in the custody of witch-hunter John Moorcroft (Sean Pertwee), Grace is tortured for maintaining her innocence until she breaks free and sets out for revenge.
