Richard Cavendish is THE definitive writer on this subject in my opinion. I have collected and carefully guard all the materials I have found written by this author. I am more than impressed, I am totally devoted to his presentation of facts, traditions and commentary on this subject most dear to my own heart. He's not just good. He's great!
